Meh. Not really what I was expecting. And their are many things that are very weird about this place. For a luxury resort I think that is what this is classified as ?
For starters budget about $300 a day in spending cash per person. (Food, drinks, activities, etc.)
Nothing is cheap here and a bottle of sunscreen cost $30.
It seems they are always moving things around/updating things . So the restaurants are outdated on the map and 2 of the nicer restaurants on the property were shut down for renovation.
Food mediocre at best spent approx 50$ per meal per person.
Toilet would not flush almost overflowed into hotel room.
Tv stopped working for about 12 hours then just came back on.
Our room was joined to another room and there was no lock on our side of the door? Very weird and made my girlfriend and I highly uncomfortable.
Room looked like they had been through the wringer so for almost 500$ a night in semi peak season I’m guessing I was shocked .
The good things are all the aquariums, pools and many chairs at the pools. Some places struggle to have enough chairs for their customers .
The slides are very fun !
Everyone was very, very kind , staff, greeters at the entrance to assist with luggage and direct to check in were all excellent . And the locals also, again very kind.
Overall we will most likely not be back the reasoning the weird door in the room with no lock, $2000 for 3 nights in mediocre room. For the price and what is offered can’t justify.
