The best thing about the hotel is that the room was clean. The hotel was far from the train stations (25 min by walk). The furniture was very old, so the doors of wardrope make noise a lot. They are quite pinchpenny about the breakfast. You choose what you eat 1 day ago, and you cannot take more. The room was extremely cold. We requested a remote control for air conditioner. They told us everyone in Florance shut down air conditioners in April due to environment, which is not the case for other cities in Italy. So it is hard to believe. You can request an extra blanket, but they are very heavy to move. And you cannot take a shower with the blanket. If this is the procedure for Florence, we do find it as a type of facism. People could feel cold, be sick or have babies. It is like that Muslims do fast in Ramadan, so all tourists cannot eat anything if it is Ramadan :/ The hotel or Florance should reconsider their policy.
