Worst stay!
I was extremely disappointed this time staying at the Delta. We always stay here when we travel. First they have changed the car storage to some company that you pay used the bar codes on the signs and it is not part of the hotel room stay. That was a nice upgrade feature with the room stay.
The major issue this stay was the fact the heat was broken and you couldn't get cool air. The rooms were stifling! We tried opening the room door for a bit but you can't leave it open all night. We were sweating! My husband went down to ask for another room and was told no rooms available. A maintenance guy came to our room and then the true came out. The entire hotel was like this and they were not informing anyone! What the hell is that?! We should be compensated in some manor for this ridiculous inconvenience. It was so hot that we decided to leave for the airport at 4am.
Also the tub was gross from a leak. And some of the table tops had not been cleaned and they were sticking with a layer of grease, maybe from food! GROSS! The pillow case on my bed, ICK! Had stains and was ripped. What was house keeping thinking. Management needs to do WAY better!
We won't be staying ever again at this hotel and I will be complaining to Marriott to get a refund!
