We had a 3 night break over the Christmas period. The welcome was warm and friendly.
The room was comfy, clean with a fantastic view to sea.
The buffet meal was a bit disappointing, no turkey left at 2000, and no more coming out.
It was ok, just ok
The staff were very pleasant in that restaurant.
The following night Christmas Day we booked for a special meal in The One, this was a disappointment.
We asked for a good table as it was a birthday of one of our party.
We didn’t get that, wasn’t a very nice table at all.
Our view was of scruffy cupboards.
The meal was ala carte, I had soup and oxtail ravioli
Soup delicious ravioli just tepid in temperature
My husband had a steak which he said was nice and the birthday girl had fish, which she said was very nice
We had one dessert, apple tartin with ice cream
The wine waiter was good had a good personality
