Upon arrival, I noticed that the gate was open and anybody could walk in, and the keypad to get into the buildings did not work so you could just walk in. It felt very unsafe. When we got to the room, we noticed that one of the handles on the bathroom sink were broken, but thankfully it still worked. The bed was so hard I could barely sleep and woke up with a sore back. The toilet constantly ran very loudly and the bathroom door did not shut all of the way, causing us to be able to hear the running toilet all night. When we went to the complementary breakfast, all they had to eat were waffles that you could make yourself, bread for toast and stale looking cereal. They had one bottle of syrup that was super sticky. I didn’t even want to touch it. To drink they only had milk and hot coffee, but only had small plastic water cups to put the coffee in so you couldn’t even get coffee. The plates were Styrofoam and when you put the hot waffle on the Styrofoam plate, the Styrofoam would melt. The pictures online are not what you’re getting, unless they are possibly updated rooms. Because the room that we had looked absolutely nothing like what we saw online before booking this trip. Had I known what I know now I would not stay there or recommend this hotel to anyone else.
