This is an older condo building sorely in need up upgrades.
The air conditioning in the rooms worked great but the common areas struggled to cool as did the refreshment rooms located on some floors. So much so they had supplemental fans in each of the rooms to cool the machines so that they would work.
Our first night was loud music being blasted from a balcony next to or right under ours. It took 2 phone calls to resolve it 15 minutes apart.
The room 2 floors down started with the loud music the next night for 20-30 minutes.
Cigarette and weed smoking out of control around us. Very frustrating if you stay somewhere because of claims that it is smoke free.
The doors all slam hard and jar you out of your sleep.
The parking garage is horribly small and a challenge to navigate. So much so they warn you about it when you check in. I can't image how many have damaged their cars entering/exiting.
I was ready to leave by the 2nd night and ask for a full refund.
Won't do this again!
