We came here to celebrate my birthday
Positives: it’s close enough to Monterey but also far away enough from all the tourists. Loved the location. There is a Walmart and 7eleven within walking distance. Marina beach is only 5 mins away. Our room was decently sized and fairly quiet
Negative: The first night we called down and asked if we could have an extra blanket. It was cold in the room and all that was on the end was a thin bedspread. We called down, typically in other Holiday Inns they bring it up wirhout issue. The clerk was a little rude and said come down and get it. Secondly the breakfast, the juice was down, so was the pancake station, there were only 3-4 tables…for the entire hotel. What little breakfast they had out my son wasn’t able to sit down and eat.
