From the first step into the lobby, I was very disappointed. The entire hotel smelled bad, like they were trying to cover up something with cleaning supplies so overpowering I got a headache. After checking in, we rode the elevator with a family who had also just checked in, who said they were put in an uncleaned room, with urine all over it. Our room was semi-cleaned, but still dirty-ish, with suspicious stains on the floor and chair. Mold in the tub. Everything was old, dirty, and broken. We had no tv remote control in our room. The phone, clock and half the lights didn’t work. The toilet didn't flush properly. And on top of that, the indoor pool was freezing, and the hot tub was out of service (the whole reason we chose that place).
