The check-in process was greatly delayed because the original property given to us was NOT ski-in/ski-out as requested and supposedly there were no other properties available. We have a child with special needs and this was our first and most important request. I don't know if this was the property management's fault or Hotels.com mistake, but a hassle after a long flight and drive, nonetheless. After 1+ hours the manager, who was very professional, was able to find us a property within walking distance to the lifts. The property was smaller (3 bedrooms instead of 4 bedrooms, as requested) but it accommodated all of us comfortably. I was not not offered any money back for the smaller, 3 bedrooms unit. Apart from the check-in issues and the unit not matching any of the photos of our reservation, the place was large enough to accommodate the group, it was clean, had everything we needed to cook, a grill, washer and dryer, and it was less than 5 minutes walking distance to the lifts. The internet signal was strong but the cable TV was horrible and we were not able to watch any TV while we were there.
