While the property itself is decent enough for as old as it is (beds are truly very comfortable), the surrounding area is undergoing considerable construction and is very noisy during the daylight hours. Which can be a problem if staying multiple days and trying to sleep in or nap. At night, the walls are paper thin, and you can hear the neighbors constantly.
To add insult to injury, someone broke into the car and stole several things, including my wife’s handicap placard. Nothing of any real value because we prepared for just such an eventuality, but it is annoying. It also denies that this probably isn’t the safest hotel to stay at. We only stayed here because it was so close to my work. I would definitely find a different hotel if I needed one in the area again.
