Hotel check in required us to wear wristbands to use the pool and would not give me the wristbands for my family. I had to bring my kids to the front desk for them to put the wristbands on them. With all that there was no one even monitoring the pool and it was very overcrowded. Blankets on the beds were super thin with no extra blankets in the room. Hotels.com also listed the property as dog friendly only for us to arrive and have them tell us no dogs allowed forcing us to find alternate lodging for our dog. Also, when parking in the rear of the building we went in the door and up the elevator only to find ourselves in an abandoned office building with a bird trapped inside flying around. We had to go back to the main floor where we found the connecting door to the hotel. The door we came in from outside was also unlocked.
