The hotel was nice, but they do not accept usd. I had very few Reals and I thought to change some usd in the hotel, however, it was not possible. I think in hotels near to the international airport, this should be possible. Breakfast was not very attractive, very basic products, I was hoping better options. I would not return here and chose the other two hotels nearby, perhaps they have better breakfast. If I would check out at 6 pm, I would pay half of the day fee, which is expensive. Hotel transfer was good, but it took a while until we find it in the exit of terminal 2 east. People in the airport cannot talk in English, you must find your own way. Return from the hotel was quite comfortable with the same shuttle. You can ask where the bus is in terminal 2 exit (east) if you want to find it. There was no complimentary water, we paid 6 reals per small water in the minibar, 9 reals for soft drinks. The restaurant prices in the hotel was good, cheeseburger 25 Reals, and others are like 30-50 reals. Reception was good enough but can be more friendly and they do not smile much. I guess this is typical in South America hotels, in europe they smile when you check in and check out.
