The whole stay was great! It was a first stay over with our blended family of 8 so the amenities were wonderful. The breakfast delivery right to the room was genius and well put together and made our morning so easy. Everything was clean and nicely put together. The majority of the staff was very pleasant except for one woman who appeared to be a manager. The morning of our checkout, I took a mom break to go get coffee from the lobby. The coffee was out and there was no sign, I tried to get some and then realized. When I let the aforementioned woman know, she was snippy and told me that “she knew”. It was very rude and off putting. I would recommend a sign that says there is some brewing and it would be ready shortly.. she didn’t ask if I needed any to take to my room, let me know there would be more soon, or anything. She had watched or more so stared at me while I stood there trying to get coffee, it could’ve been so much more polite if she would’ve offered to say something, politely instead of waiting. I had never been there before and was trying to take a mental break from 6 kids, so it was a bit frustrating and disheartening to be talked to that way. However the rest of the staff and the experience was phenomenal and I hope to return again.
