The weather was excellent. We stayed there because it was my son's birthday, he loves to stay at the Guest Inn. Everyone there is so friendly, especially the front desk lady. I would stay there every time I go back to TN.

Super place
Excellent welcome from the really nice clerk, who answered all our questions. The hotel is very well located, and there is lots to do within walking distance. It's a bit off the road, so it's very quiet. This is our 3rd stay in this hotel and we are still very satisfied. The room is small but well-organized and very clean. The only downside is that the towels are very rough. But the bed is very comfortable. See you next year

6/10 Good

The first room, the toilet had water pouring out from under the it..they switched us to a different room that had what appeared to be stink bugs all over the ceiling, the front desk gave us a can of OFF bug spray to remedy the bug issue. The walls are paper thin and normal conversations and cell phones ringing could be heard like we were all in the same room.

Carpets need to be replaced
The price of the room was great! When you walk in the place smelled amazing but as soon as you turn to go down the hall to our room the smell was horrible. The beds were nice and comfortable but the carpets in this place are horrible. we went and purchased Lysol to spray on the carpets and in the room to help with the smell. We had to wear socks to keep our feet clean. The carpets in the hallway were beyond nasty. The bathroom door would not close. The staff was very friendly.

2/10 Poor

It has an appearance of a nice hotel, however the room was like a closet, smelled terrible (so bad we had to buy an air freshener) and sheets were stained & the zipper for the mattress was broken & the sheets would not stay n the bed. Also the wash cloths & towels were like rags - thinly woven. We will not stay there again. The front desk lady was amazing - name was Mona.
