Don't stay there when ASU has a football game;
The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, don't stay there when ASU is having a game. Traffic was so bad the streets were blocked off and we had great difficulty reaching the hotel, several times. What a nightmare!

Alarm kept going on in the bar area. The room had no warm water for almost the entire time. We werent notified until i was asked and they said they called the pulmber with no response for hours. They were hoping they would come soon. So qe had ice cold showers for an entire day. I uses the message app to ask for something and no one responded even though that is what they asked us to utilize. The room kept getting hot. Overall wouldnt recommend and will not stay there again. I have paid less and had great experiences. The hyatt is over priced for what they offer.

House keepers early rude wake-up knocks.
Everything about the hotel is excellent. My only complaint is the housekeeping staff. On day of check-out, they arrived before 8am and knocked very loudy on my door. I had plans to sleep in a bit, but i was rudely awakened.
