While is started out challenging with an inability to confirm my reservation, Tayler “saved the day” upon my arrival. He was able to reassure me that my reservation was intact and I was warmly welcomed to Best Western Plus. And, that was only on day 1. On day 2, he trekked up to my 4th floor room when my key was de-activated. Truly a service recovery expert with a great attitude. The room was clean, bedding comfortable, only complaint was the cycling of the air conditioner during the night. Everything else was wonderful, once I arrived.
