I have been staying at Sheraton hotels for years but it's the first time we did not receive housekeeping services even though we stayed for 3 days.
Upon check-in, we were asked if we would require housekeeping services. I said not necessarily change of sheets but at least empty our trash and replenish our paper supplies and coffee.
I had to call for these items on Day 2. I told Guest services to please send housekeeping the next day.
After returning from an all day outing on Day 3, our room was not serviced. No one came.
By then we were too tired to call.
It was an unpleasant experience.
