This hotel was lovely, it was warm and friendly, not words you would use for most NYC hotels. Our room was at the back of the hotel, overlooking backyards, which at first did not seem great, but who spends time looking out of windows in NYC, but the peace and quiet of the room made up for any deficiencies in regards to the view.
The Patisserie on the ground floor had plenty of selection for breakfast, and the coffee was very good.
The wine hour, was an added bonus, appetizers were also available. Most hotels have stopped this event, so it was lovely to be able to mingle with fellow guests.
I really didn't want to praise this hotel too much, as I selfishly don't want it to be fully booked next time I'm in NYC, but it does deserve a 5 star review.
