Terrible Service
We accidentally prepaid booked a week early because the site reset dates when we were searching. The hotel refused to cooperate and show some compassion to allow us to move the dates forward one week, when ultimately they had the authority to issue a refund and accommodate.
They kept promising me they would call back and never would. Every time I tried to speak to a manager, they were never there.
When we arrived for our actual stay, there was one person working and it took ten minutes to check in the one person ahead of us.
We were given a room that had some serious wear and tear, roof was peeling and cracked, and entrance light was flickering.
When I called down for extra towels they told me Room Service wasn’t in until 10:30pm and I would need to come to the lobby myself.
All in all not a great impression left on us.
We have many future kids’ sports events that will need stays in this area, and I can assure you we will never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone on our teams.
