best value in BH, close to all attraction points around, less touristy more like boutique, good staff, nice rooms, good live music in the bar. Definitely will be preferred again

No limpian si no lo pagas extra
A nuestra llegada, después de haber mandado por correo la petición de que tuvieran lusta la cama extra , tuvimos que acomodarla nosotros personalmente ya que no cuentan con personal para hacerlo, servicio terrible pues no limpian la habitación diario a menos que lo solicites y lo Pagés con cargo extra, el hotel está descuidado con alfombras y pisos rotos, que pena pues la ubicación es muy buena, hay demasiado ruido en las madrugadas por camiones de limpieza y no puedes descansar, no volveremos

Feedback staying first time at Sonder hotel!
No one at the front. Desk… they said they emailed me my password but didn’t find it. The room thermostat was off… the room was cold… finall the very good attendants Charlene came to our rescue. She brought us a space heater… there were only one power plug outlet… Charlene brought us a multi plug extension. TV doesn’t work… she tried and was not able to make it work !

Vil ikke si meg enig i et 4 stjerners bosted. Stedet fremstår slitt. Det er ekstremt lydt både fra naborommene og utenfra. Ventilasjonen og kjøleskap bråkte også veldig. Det lå ørepropper på rommet med tekst at byer er bråkete…men dette er mer enn det. Vinduet var skittent og spindelvev utvendig. Og ugress/plante vekster på vinduet. Boss tømming til restauranten var rett utenfor vinduet vårt. Hvor de kastet glassflasker til langt på kveld. Sengen var god. Rent sengetøy og håndklær. Betjening i resepsjonen var stort sett mer opptatt av å prate sammen eller på telefon fremfor kundene sine. Pluss med parkering i parkeringshuset rett over vegen til maks 16$ i døgnet. Området rundt virket trygt.

Sonder's two hotels in Beverley Hills.
First and new room were clean. Room code did not work for us, the person a head of us and the person after us. Room was not what i paid for. Desk guy was nice to move us to a sister property that was the right size but not where my daughter wanted location wise and both hotels have no elevator. Had to take suitcase up two flights of stairs and i have mobility issues.

Beautiful hotel but shower setup needs to be fixed
Boutique hotel with a nice charm. Location is unbeatable, walking distance to rodeo drive and plenty of coffee shops. Staff is friendly and very helpful! The only issue was the shower setup of room, shower curtains not long enough causing them to get sucked in and stick to you as you shower, also water easily drips outside shower needing you to use towels to soak it up.

The area is great. There is a garage across the street. However, the room was tiny by any standard. The photographs are extremely deceptive. The room temperature on arrival was freezing and not adjustable. There is only a window air condition as in low-cost motel. The staff explained that the wall heating/cooling unit is only for show and had to give us a space heater. At night the small fridge cycled on 5 times at incredible volume and woke us up. We thought it was an alarm clock in an adjacent room and didn't realize until night #2 that it was the fridge. Staff were nice and said all the right things, but didn't really have solutions. Given the tiny room, street noise, and maintenance issues, we wouldn't stay again.

If you want to enjoy shopping and dining in Beverly Hills, we recommend this hotel as it is reasonably priced and conveniently located. The only downside is that a large carry case is too narrow to spread out your luggage. Check-in is extremely easy and quick, as all you have to do is register your passport in advance through the hotel's app and you can check in right away.

A super find in Beverly Hills.
Awesome location right off Santa Monica Blvd. easy access by car or bus into Hollywood, Rodeo Drive or downtown. Room was very comfortable, albeit a little small for 2 adults and our luggage but it made us sort ourselves out early. No daily housekeeping, unless you pay but you can always get items that you run out of. Nua, the restaurant was always busy.

Perfect location in Beverly Hills
This a cozy hotel, though it needs refurbishing and there was a big difference of quality between the room that was presented on expedia/hotels.com (deluxe/spacious) that I payed for and the one I got. I talked to the manager and they approved a refund for the fare difference between room types. The room is nicely decorated, but the sound isolation is bad, the window frames are very old that need cleaning on the outside and you can hear the toilet flushing from neighbors, also the AC and the fridge are very noisy. The bed is quite comfortable but a bit hard and creaks. The shower is not very comfortable and it takes a while until the water gets warmer. Also the aspect of the walls in the shower is not very attractive as it is just concrete. Maybe other room categories are better, but these were not available at this location at my arrival and I preferred not to change location. All that said, the personnel at the front desk are welcoming and quick to assist. They listened to my complains and were aware about the issues with an old building. The hotel is otherwise cozy and nicely decorated indirect connection to restaurant managed separately with a terasse where you can have breakfast, brunch,lunch or dinner. The location is perfect in Beverly Hills with possibility to take the bus no 4 to different sites such as Santa Monica Pier, Sunset Bl, Hollywood Bl in case you wanna skip a car rental that also costs you parking. Overall,I liked my stay despite the afore mentioned issue

Great Service, Location, and Bed!
My rating is based partially on the price point. I did have the room next to the restaurant, so there was a certain amount of noice, but nothing too bad (and noise bothers me more than most. There was a white noise machine in the closet, so that did the trick. It took me a minute to realize that the AC was a window unit, and the view from the window was to a side walk where the restaurant guys were working, so I kept the curtains closed. I was there for work, so I didn't need a view. What wowed me about the hotel and made it me new regular place to stay for work was the location and the bed. It is close to Rodeo Dr, tons of shops and restaurants, a Whole Foods, another grocery store and a Starbucks. I didn't have to Uber anywhere. The bed was clean, huge, supportive, and inviting. It was a great place to end the day. The bathroom did have the concrete finish, which made it hard to know how clean it was. It did appear to be clean overall, but I wear shower flip flops anyway. Another huge plus was the staff. They were super friendly, I mean like they genuinely want everyone to enjoy their stay. There is also a restaurant on site, although I didn't have time to try it on this trip. It did seem to bee upper scale and looked delightful. Overall, this stay was better than any other hotels in the area, because the others that stand out for customer service are not in such a great location.
