WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN
There were roaches in the bathroom, set of lights over bed did not even match. No bedspreads or skirts on bed. Could see the metal bed frames. Left blouse on back of bathroom door and can not get anyone at hotel or hotels.com to answer my questions about getting it sent to me. Little bugs on nightstand.

Check in was good. The room was decent except for the shower. The base of the shower was horrible. The people either in the next room or upstairs kept banging just about all night. And There was to much noise in the hall. Will not return.

TAKE THE TRASH OUT PLEASE
The hotel was not in the worst condition, however there was ALWAYS trash from the residents rooms stacked in the elevator lobby on the fourth floor DAILY, throughout the day and morning hours…none of the housekeepers spoke English so when we did ask for room service, it was not delivered and this was a problem for our 10 day stay at this hotel. The elevator broke down for two days while we were there, the breakfast was the only positive aspect of service. Most of the front desk staff were polite, especially the African American lady who worked the evening shift, she was very helpful when we needed towels due to housekeeping not serving our room during our 10 day stay…We visit this area annually for family reunions, but will not be using this hotel next year.
