Great stay close to the airport
This was an excellent place to stay! Our flight was cancelled and we had to overnight in Toronto. We picked this place because it was close to the airport, a good price, and had a free airport shuttle. We didn't expect much, but were pleasantly surprised!
The shuttle was prompt, and our driver (sorry, I didn't get his name) was excellent, and had helpful advice. The manager on duty, Lucky, was super helpful and very friendly. He was able to give us a late checkout at no extra charge, as well as supply us with free toiletries. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
The only drawback was the attached restaurant. They were severely understaffed and slow as a result. We had supper there, and it was really good, and a better than expected price. We went there for breakfast, and after waiting for 15 minutes with no service, we went to the Denny's across the street. As we were leaving, someone else mentioned it took them 2 hours to have breakfast, the service was so slow.
We'd definitely stay here again, but I'd think twice about eating at the restaurant.
