Once we got past the renovations going on in the hallway, our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only down side was that we couldn't figure out how to use the TV. Other than that, our room was perfect for such a great price.

A no-frills hotel, with construction on 3-rd floor where my room was. There were no glasses in the room, not even a plastic one ! There was an Outback restaurant just next door, so that’s somewhat a positive. The breakfast was included, but it was very basic. Overall OK for what it was ( just an overnight stay, to break a long drive)

The hotel needs an upgrade. It is obviously on the older side so some renovations are needed. We had an issue with the drainage in the bathroom sink and shower that had to be reported. The staff fixed the issue temporarily. The breakfast was lacking from what I am used to from La Quinta.

Clean, very comfortable bed, quiet. Great parklike area to walk dog with waste collection bins. TV didn’t work at first but desk clerk was able to reconnect a plug that had become disconnected. Very comfortable stay. Very helpful & pleasant staff woman in breakfast area to help with anything that may need refilling. The BEST hotel coffee I have ever tasted and I have traveled at lot and coffee is important to me. The $100 deposit was a surprise. It should have been mentioned in the Expedia written description. It was immediately refunded when we checked out. Too nice a hotel to be only 2 stars. We will definitely stay at a La Quinta hotel again.

The hotel is undergoing renovations on the 2nd floor. My room was on the 3rd floor. The elevator is terribly slow. When I showered in the morning, there was no body soap, so I had to use shampoo - which is OK, but c'mon, refill those dispensers. The hotel is in a very noisy area, right off the Interstate. Even with my window closed, the traffic was loud. I was able to use the traffic noise to help me get to sleep - like a meditative noise, but there was another guy at the front desk asking for a refund. I don't know for sure, but I suspect he had found the highway noise to be too much, and I don't blame him. That said, the price was right, and the bed was comfortable enough. I stayed only one night, and would never stay in a hotel like this - so close to the highway - for more than just one night.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during a family vacation while visiting friends and exploring Boston. The location worked well for us, and the service was generally fine. Our room was clean, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the hotel left something to be desired. The carpets throughout the hotel were stained and looked quite worn down. There was a noticeable mildew smell in the hallways, which was off-putting. When we arrived, the carpet in our room was still wet from a recent cleaning, which made it uncomfortable to settle in. We also noticed stains on our door, and we had to get our key card reset at the front desk every single day, which became frustrating. Overall, it served its purpose, but we’d probably look elsewhere next time unless some updates are made to the property.

I stayed at LaQuinta a couple of years ago. Convenient to everything, reasonable rates. etc. However, things do change. The staff is welcoming, however, the hallway carpets are filthy, carpet in my room was filthy and the room had a terrible moldy smell! When I awoke in the nite I noticed a roach going across the wall! Then, another! After I captured them, I turned them into the desk as I wanted to immediate leave (midnight!) I had no place to go but made out somehow between 24 hr places that were open. I couldn't drive 3 hrs home as I had medical appointments the next day! So disappointing for my so-called "day away!" Looks like Corporate has not made a visit to LaQuinta!
