Very bad experience from a very beginning. First, something was going on with the system (so I was told) that I had to insert my credit card multiple times. I didn't realize until later however that each time I put my card in, there was a pending charge on my account. After I was finally able to check in, I was charged 5 times for $190 each. Which I later realized I should have been charged for, because I paid for my reservation through Expedia.
After getting to my room, I saw that only a bed was made, even though I made reservation for me and my kids. I had to set up pull out sofa myself, get downstairs for set of sheets and blankets and make a bed myself.
Not really worth the hassle for the money I was charged.
I was told a manager would be calling me about the multiple charges, but I haven't received any calls yet.
