Too much noisy without protection btw rooms. Looooong waiting for check in & out. Card reader not work. Employee keep telling just manual and not listen concern or complaints. Except view from more expensive rooms, one of the worst!

Stayed 2 nights in King room with opera house views. Nice. But there were no soaps or salts for the bath. The king bed was made from two singles and I felt I rolled to the middle and the pillows weren’t as comfortable as I expected.

Shanghai La stay

Had an amazing stay for my birthday. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was perfect and they even gave me a birthday cake. Check in and out was very smooth. Only negative is the cost of parking and that there was no warning that we would be unable to access the Altitude restaurant or bar Blu until 2000hrs due to a corporate function taking place. That really was a big disappointment. Would def stay again though
