Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel has been disappointing. We’re staying in Room 526 and the air conditioning doesn’t work. We reported it, and while maintenance did come by, they didn’t fix the issue or offer any helpful solution. We were not moved to another room, and the staff didn’t seem concerned about our comfort. We had to spend extra money out of pocket to buy a fan from Walmart just to get some air circulating. On top of that, the overall service has been slow and unresponsive. I expected much better and would not recommend staying here based on this experience.
To make matters worse, the room has roaches. I’ve never seen one in my life until I stayed in this infested facility. It was honestly disgusting. For the price we paid, I expected at least a clean and comfortable environment. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
