Great location and walking distance to the Central train station if you do not have luggage, staff were helpful and nice. Rooms are bright and very spacious. My bad experience with this hotel actually started a week before our arrival. I didn't receive a response to my messages, requests or questions that I sent through hotels.com. We didn't feel welcome at any point, the service was simply nonexistent, the staff didn't even greet us. When we arrived at our "junior suite" the situation came to a head: in the middle of our quite spacious room there was an 80's treadmill - a huge gym equiment and 2 different beds were made up, even though the room was booked for two adults.
