This was NOT GOOD !!!
The room was very dirty. It looked like the sheets had not been changed since the last traveler stayed there. Also, there was crumbs and dust bunnies all over the floor. It looked like the floor had not been cleaned in quite some time. But the icing on the cake was when we returned to our room after a day out having fun, we open the door and right there in front of us was a giant black garbage bag, full of the trash from our room as well as the trash from probably every other room on the first floor. They left that in our room! When I approached the front desk about this, they were very apologetic and removed the trash bag, but indicated that there was nothing they could do about it as far as issuing me a credit or a refund or anything else for that matter. Unfortunately, I did not have my phone with me at the time and was not able to get a picture of the trash bag full of garbage. But I have added pictures of the floor and the mess that was all around.Needless to say I will not be staying there again. Also, the pool area and hot tub was not very clean and was completely overrun by children literally jumping all over the place. I’m not anti-Kid but it basically made it so that we could not use it.
