The room was so hot when we got there. I tried to call the front desk and none of the telephones were plugged up to the wall. Finally got someone via text and they came up to check air and said they had just turned it on right before we arrived. It was 95° outside and we had the huge 2 bedroom suite so it was not going to cool off quick. I asked about fans and was told they didn’t have any so I had to Instacart $70 worth of fans to the room to only be told later they did have fans. I am a Hilton Honors member and was not even offered the breakfast, evening drink coupons at check in. I had to specifically ask for that. They tried to help with air but no way that room was going to cool down any and he said since I booked through a 3rd party aka Hotels.com he could not refund me anything to help compensate. There was also no bedding for the pullout sofa nor a hair dryer in either bathroom. They finally brought that up and the hairdryer bag had a nasty hair brush inside of it. The 2nd bedroom also had a huge air bubble under the wallpaper like water damage maybe. I wish I’d listened to the reviews but we needed 2 bedrooms and this was the only hotel that offered that.
