Booked this hotel a week in advance, drive 12 hours and arrive around 6 PM just to be told that they cancelled our reservation for non-payment, even though we selected to Pay once we arrived on Expedia. They did not call or email us to inform us of this cancellation. They then tell me that they have no rooms available, so my wife, 4 kids, and I had to scramble to find another hotel late at night. The front desk person was just super rude and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. She literally just told me they had no rooms now and then ignored me and my family until I grabbed all of our luggage and left. Thankfully, Homewood Suites by Hilton, which is next door, took us in and treated us with so much respect. Do not stay at Comfort. It’s for your own good.
