Meh it was alright
The room description was wrong on the website we were supposed to have a room with a couch for bc we were traveling with the family. So, we started off with the wrong room then was told we couldnt move to the right room and pay the difference bc it was non refundable and done thru a third party the hotel staff member was nice but she couldnt help bc it was booked thru a third party website and had to call Hotels.com to resolve the situation. We ended up paying $17 dollars for a roll away bed we had to purchase from the hotel bc Hotels.com wouldn't move us rooms and let us pay the difference.
The room itself was alright we had a few things the shower drain plug came out completely with the drain finishing and it showed a bunch of soap scum which was gross. Then our sink kept filling up with water bc the plug was broken and wouldn't stay up like it was supposed to the toilet stopped working in the middle of the night which was concerning it stopped filling up water. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke even though it said it was a 100% smoke free hotel. The location was nice bc it was right across the street from the beach and for the money we paid it wasnt bad but the experience of how the room was kept was not appealing I wouldnt book there again.
