Wesbert’s rooms, location, and amenities were good; and we may return for a future vacation. However, their booking management and organizational skills appear to be lacking (especially for only having three rooms). When we arrived, Wesbert had already checked in everyone but us, leaving us the final room (for our 3-night stay). The next day we left our room and spend the day exploring the area. Upon our return, the innkeeper comes running over to our car asking about the length of stay. Once we entered the building they asked my name (which we provided during check-in and in the Expedia weblink check-in process too). After a fair amount of confusion, we discovered Westbert originally gave our room to the wrong guest and we got their room. During our day of exploring, Wesbert entered the room to grab and remove our belongings. Sadly, they missed our toiletries bags we stored under the sink; however, the new guests did find them and dumped them in the middle of the hallway. We then needed to unpack (everything Wesbert moved) all over again, and check to see if anything was missing.
After all of this, Wesbert was apologetic, however, they never offered us a discount or even a couple of bottles from their Winery!
