Heart stopping.
We originally booked with Days Inn. We were never informed that the hotel had changed hands and was now called Royal Inn. When we put the address into our GPS it came up as Days Inn (permanently closed). We went to the address anyway and were relieved to find that we did have a reservation. We never book a hotel that does not offer a breakfast (preferrably hot breakfast). This was the case with our original booking. When we arrived we were informed that they no longer served breakfast at all. It cost us over $30.00 the next morning for breakfast, which was something unplanned. The pool was closed and there was nothing else to do. Everything else was ok, although nothing to write home about.
