Check-in was not the best.
They decided to try and charge $100 for a deposit due to locals trashing a couple of rooms.
I don’t know how that has anything to do with me and I expressed that. I also drive 10 hrs to get to Arkansas. They eventually said they would charge $50.
The first room I was in the toilet was loose, shower head was wobbly and the phone didn’t work. WiFi password was wrong and I tried calling the front desk on my cell phone but it didn’t go through. I had to call another number to get the WiFi.
You could smell cigarette smoke the bathroom and in the hallway. I was supposed to in a non smoking area.
The next morning the front desk was much more accommodating and switched our room and it was much better.
Breakfast was nice. Noise was low. I know they upgraded the rooms but the hallways carpet and walls could use a clean and a new paint job
