The place was very nice. Clean and comfortable. We booked one of the smaller rooms and it was very small. The beds were narrow and you need to store the luggage under the bed - but if you spend most of your time exploring the city you don't need much more room anyway. The breakfast was good, not big but it provided the basic.

Staff friendly on arrival. Had to do self check in even though staff were there watching. Room clean although lacking in basic amenities. No kettle/tea/coffee or bottled water. Room clean and a good size (comfy twin with view) but for the price paid it was missing the small details. Breakfast was very basic (continental). Would I stay again? Probably not for that price.
