Going to start off my saying this was a really great, convenient hotel. Located in a safe, bustling area w/ plenty to do, and transportation to any other places you'd like to go to. Our Superior King room was all we needed for our 3 night stay, with a comfortable bed, and it was towards the back of the hotel so no loud noise at night.
My only issue was the hotel was listed as "VIP Access" which includes many benefits for those with status. Often times, this may be the reason I choose one hotel over another. Whether the perks be small or large, it feels nice to be treated well for loyalty.
One of their perks was 1 drink for 2 people, once per stay. However, the hotel had left one small bottle of water in our room upon check-in, something most hotels normally leave for their patrons, and they claimed that was their "free beverage for 2." After much back & forth between the staff, myself and hotels.com, the hotel conceded that we were owed 2 drinks at their bar and granted what they had guaranteed in the first place. It might not seem like a big deal, but it left a bad taste in my mouth before they made it right a couple hours later. It was a little disappointing to be honest.
Another perk would've been an upgrade if rooms were avaliable. That's luck of the draw, and I completely understand if the hotel is full, that an upgrade wouldn't be possible, so that we were totally fine with.
I would recommend this hotel, but would suggest they change this info on hotels.com.
