To be quite honest, this was by far the worst hotel experience to start. Upon checking in, the women helping me informed me she was stalling and delaying giving me my cards for the room because she didn’t want to deal with the person behind me and was waiting for the lady working with her to take her. That coworker however was dealing with an irate man that couldn’t get into his hotel room… well, ironically enough, later after dinner with my family, we ran into the same issue. The first room we had keys to had someone already occupied in it and we discovered that after trying to get in the room. We went downstairs to inform them, and were given another room.. that room then wouldn’t let us in and it sounded like people were in there too. They apologized downstairs, and explained how full they were for the weekend.we were then given a third room, and when there, it just kept flashing yellow now on that room key. Over it, and after traveling from one tower to another tower to see if it was an error on our part we went to the front desk to ask for help getting into our room because our two kids were exhausted and staring to cry since it was not almost 1am. The first woman to assist us never gave directions on our room or tower. The second woman never gave directions on our room or tower. Finally, after having a man take us through the dirty service elevator after they rescanned our keys, he helped us get into our room. The room was crappy and the shower is made for 5’9 and unde
