Pretty decent hotel, expensive for not a lot of amenities. It was very clean and the beds/pillows were super comfy. The staff seemed like they were having a bad day, they weren’t mean, but they just didn’t talk, no interaction at check in, no customer service experience. When we came back after going to the Hard Rock at 12:30 the front door to the hotel was locked, no
Way to use your key to get in. So we just kind and of sat outside for a minute or so trying to figure out what we were supposed to do. Finally the front staff came and opened the door, didn’t say anything and just turned around. I said “thank you so much and she didn’t even acknowledge us or respond. It was actually really weird. We went up to our room and changed so walk over to the WaWa right beside the hotel and as we were walking out she was behind the front desk folding something. I said “we’re going to WaWa real quick, will we be able to get back in. She again never acknowledged our presence or our question, she just kept looking down folding whatever it was. It was actually really odd and uncomfortable.
