Great Area, Poor Service
I stayed here for work and loved it's close proximity to the Silicon Docks. The apartment was old but spacious. I was frustrated that there was not heat when it was rather cold but found a space heater that made the bedroom livable.
The largest frustration was the service. The owner of this space was slow to reply and very unhelpful. The wifi never worked and when I asked for some assistance the said they sent someone. The wifi never worked. For several days after I tried to contact the point of contact person and they were rude and ultimate stopped responding to me. This is unfortunately the worst experience I have had with hotels.com and likely they should consider this host.
