The views on the hotel website are real
The staff is so friendly and helpful. The views are stunning. It is nice to be on the quiet end of Waikiki facing the beautiful park. There is still street noise in the late evening, but that is everywhere in Waikiki I think. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We’ve stayed here dozens of times and always satisfied. This time, upon arrival in our room, there were multiple items needing attention. After calling the front desk, all items were addressed, it took several hours. When I told the manager about this experience, he immediately offered some compensation. I will return. The location on Waikiki can’t be beat.

Great value, good location, Waikiki.
Excellent value, and a good location. I had a great view of the ocean, and looking over the Honolulu zoo, and Diamondhead. The gym had all the necessary equipment to get in a good workout, and the pool while not large, was beautifully maintained. Nice coffee, shop downstairs, and valet parking available. I enjoyed my stay here.

The room was clean, the location was great, the hotel services were great, and the restaurants were very good. We booked late, so only a small room was available, and it was small! But we didn’t spend much time in the room with so much to do. We stayed over New Year’s Eve, and it was not noisy there. We were asleep by 10 due to the time change and weren’t awakened at midnight. Our only real complaint was the noise of the AC unit.

The free yoga classes and lei making workshops enhance the vacation experience.
