I was a bit dissapointed. I uses to go to that hotel so often when kids were little, but now it seems they changed owners and unfortunatly it shows. I have made a reservation online so I wouldnt have to wait at front desk too long. It was really cold inside, like there was no heating in the building, at least the part we were in, besides in the rooms. Then when I checked in, they had already given our hockey suite to someone else... So I paid almost 300$ for a room they rent $187 with 2 double beds... The blanket was so thin I froze all night and I tried calling to the front desk many times but they never took my calls. Morning came, we were probably in the first people there at 7, and breakfast potatoes were dry and cold, so I guess it was from the previous morning. Sausages were cold too. No more omelet station. There was way less stuff then they used to have for the 11 precedent years we stayed there many times/year. So yeah we are not going back and I want at least a partial refund. Thanks!
