The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful but did not direct us toward the elevators/rooms, so we accidentally walked to the restaurant instead of the elevators with luggage.
Since we were only one floor up, when coming back down to the lobby, we took the stairs and then staff claimed stairs are for staff only???
Since we’re traveling with kids, the pool is important to us but found out the next morning the pool doesn’t open on weekdays until late afternoon!
So far not a great experience compared to our frequent Marriott or Hilton stays
