We booked this hotel through Hotels.com. The room was noisy, you can hear all noise from outside. In the details and prior to booking, it stated breakfast included, never did it say only for 2. We booked a 2 queen bed room because we have kids. When we checked in, the front desk gave us the breakfast times but never did they say only for 2 people. We show up next day in the morning for breakfast and they say only 2 can eat per room, I said excuse me ? They said that’s there rules. No we’re did it day in the booking it front desk when checking in. They stoped us half way in to the breakfast dinning area, telling us we had to pay for our kids. There was 2 ladies in the kitchen and 2 in front desk, they were not nice, let alone embarrassed my wife kids and I in front of everyone there. My kids just felt bad and didn’t want to ever near anymore. We walked out and checked out, while checking out the front desk realized the kids eat free and don’t pay. They then tried to let us go back to eat but it was to late, we already had been embarrassed and humiliated in front of everyone and didn’t feel ok going back to eat. We then requested a refund and was still declined. We will never be staying here again and will not be using hotels.com either as well, we have been a loyal customer to Hotels.com for years and they couldn’t refund us either. Not a great experience, one of the worst we’ve had at a hotel.
