Bad Stay
We were supposed to stay from Sunday to Thursday for a training in town. On Tuesday we were approached by an employee asking about our dogs that have been there since Sunday. She proceeds to say we cannot be there with the dogs (even though they have been there 2 1/2 days already) and that we could stay but they would have to go. Mind you we are from SC which is 8 hrs away so if they have to go so do we. As we are making our way to ourbroom we were approached by multiple men who worked there who observed the interaction with the other employee and still tried to stop us and talk down to us about leaving. Hotels.com needs to do a better job ensuring that their filters and hotels are update on what is and isnt allowed. Doubletree should have stopped us when were checking in and nit let us stayed for multiple days and then made us scramble to find another hotel. I was also no pleased with how dirty the carpet in the room was, the lack of towels, and overall look of hotel compared to the orice of the hotel and the things they sold.
