Stayed there for for Royal Rumble Weekend. It took 3 tries to get out keycards to work, but the maintenance worker came quickly. It surprised us that escalators we're not functioning properly (some were, some weren't)... they also didnt have clearly blocked off areas for the side event, so had event security get on us when we walked through an open area, that had zero signage it was a no go zone. Made it seem like paying hotel guests were not worth the cost the payed for said room.
The only only reason I would recommend this hotel, and why I still give it 4 stars, is that we ran into a large number of WWE stars. So its the hotel to stay at, if there is a large event, but dont expect the most up-to-date or clean place.
They need to give paid hotel guests a wrist band or something that clearly shows they are not non-guest... felt like they gave them far more freedom at the hotel. Those people took up so much of the elevator area and were leeches. It was disgusting that the hotel would allow them to bother the wrestlers just trying to have a place to sleep for the night.
