Unfortunately, from check-in onwards this has been a very poor experience. It feels as if the real staff are away and the only people available are untrained, petulant teenagers, who have no interest in dealing with customers in any fashion. If they were just disinterested, that would be one thing, but I actually witnessed a staff member goading and swearing at an unhappy customer in the lobby, now while the customer was no angel, it's unfathomable that this would happen at all, but especially on Christmas Day. Just awful. The nicest, most professional people here are the cleaning staff. Cheers to them.
