The property was very nice and the employees were very hospitable and welcoming. My expedia VIP concierge, Estalin, was very helpful in getting me reservations for the restaurants on the resort. He was very attentive, responsive, and provided great customer service. Overall, the resort is nice but it could use some upgrades in the rooms as well as the amenities. For starters, the rooms were not as clean as I expected, and I had two roaches in my room during my five day stay. The restaurants close way too early and it was very hard to get a reservation for them. Despite being told that you can only book one day in advance, the restaurants were booked from the first day I arrived. Without Estalin, I would not have eaten dinner most days. He constantly spoke to the restaurant managers and was able to get me and my whole group (8 adults & 2 kids) a time slot. Another thing I did not like was the restaurant schedules. It seems as though if you dont wake up for breakfast, you essentially cannot eat for the whole day until dinner, which is also hard due to no reservations. Only two options are provided for lunch, and they are buffet only. The food also was not good at most of the dining options. There also isnt much to do at the resort for singles or friend groups. Most activities seem to be catered towards families and couples. The last night there, they threw beach party but it ended at 11pm, which is clearly way too early for someone my age (mid twenties).
