Our room was the room closest to the front desk and I had to go tell the clerk that I could hear him talking and it 6:30 am. I think they should not use that room for guests.

The Hotel is OK. I think that need more improvements. It's very noisy on time to time and I was supposed to get a suite room and they give me a normal room. Do not have coffee maker or any other amenities to be consider at least a 4 star hotel.

It’s a little overpriced for what it offers. The room Ingot assigned smelled like dust, the TV wasn’t programmed for YouTube or other streaming apps and you had to update it and it still didn’t work. The ac remote I got wasn’t the correct one. Breakfast buffet was okay, some options were cold (they had them in Dutch ovens but the food was cold).

Excelent choice in Santiago
They gave us options to change our room at no extra cost since the room we choose is very close to the street, the lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room had a patio and a hammock in front of the pool. The restaurant is very good, the food was delicious. Breakfast was basic not lot of options but it was great. The hotel is close to restaurants and shops. The service was excellent, polite and friendly. Would come again.
