It is not my first time visiting a Hilton, I am a Hilton Member. The front desk service was horrible. Kristine was the person who helped us. We did not receive any welcome, they did not give us guidance on how the hotel worked, nor what to do To use the elevators we had to use the card to access the room. They told us that valet parking was mandatory and that there was no self parking that we had to pay 45 dollars per night. When I tried to explain to her that the page does not show that, she told me I had to pay for it. I booked 2 rooms, I was with my family, I drove 4 hours to enjoy with my family and I did not feel truly satisfied. What I must admit is that on the Housekeeping side, Yaimi did a great job, taking care of the rooms. Very attentive, I give her a 10/10.
