Disappointed
Very minimalist room with dim mood lighting making the room dark. Only shelves for storing clothing and hanging space for short items, nowhere for long coats. The curtains were coming away from the rail at one side. We requested extra pillows and blankets on the first night as the room was cold and the single duvets rather thin. The room was not serviced during our 2 night stay, so that beds were not made or crockery and tea making items replaced. Neither was the bathroom cleaned and restocked with toilet rolls and body wash. Although toilet rolls and crockery were brought to the room on request, for a 4 star hotel this standard of service is unacceptable. The only redeeming feature is the close proximity of the hotel to the AO Arena and town.
